Dear Mr. Gammick:
This is an open letter which
will be displayed on websites including www.unrgrandjury.com
and www.patriotsforpolygraphs.net .
As an independent volunteer
ombudsman for the people of Nevada, it disturbs me greatly that polygraph examinations are not fully
employed in defending justice and decent government in our state.
I request that you volunteer
to undergo a credible polygraph examination bearing on your personal
integrity and the character of Nevada
government. Questions to include, in part:
Are
you attempting to frustrate, undermine, and otherwise prevent a credible
and comprehensive grand jury investigation into alleged criminal
activities at the
University
of
Nevada, Reno (UNR)?
Do
you see it as part of your role as district attorney to shield corrupt
public servants from accountability for violating state and federal laws
up to and including the Constitution of the United States?
Do
you see it as part of your role as district attorney to shield corrupt
public servants from accountability for committing despicable and
atrocious animal abuse?
Do
you see it as part of your role as district attorney to shield corrupt
public servants from accountability for maliciously injuring or ruining
the careers of competent and dedicated members of UNR's faculty?
Do
you see it as part of your role as district attorney to shield corrupt
public servants from accountability for rigging bids at UNR?
Are
you now a major player in a cover-up of serious crimes committed by
members of UNR's administration?
Are
dedicated, honest, professional law enforcement officers in
Washoe
County
sometimes abused by high public officials for the heinous purpose of
intimidating and suppressing law-abiding critics of government?
Has
any person employed by the
University
of
Nevada
,
Reno
(UNR) ~ including President Milton Glick ~ ever directed law enforcement
officers to harass or intimidate critics of the university’s
administration?
Are
phone calls ever tapped ~ and emails ever monitored ~ by UNR agents?
Are
telephone communications ever monitored by agents of UNR’s
administration with intent to gain sensitive information originating
with judges attending sessions of the
National
Judicial
College
?
Are
email messages employing UNR servers ever monitored by agents of UNR’s
administration with intent to gain sensitive information originating
with judges attending sessions of the
National
Judicial
College
?
Do
judges in
Washoe
County
sometimes ignore wrongful actions committed by fellow judges or other
public officials?
Do
judges in
Washoe
County
sometimes ignore credible reports of wrongful actions committed by
public officials and deny requests for grand jury investigations because
duplicitous hoops are not jumped through? (Such hoops obviously designed
to frustrate and discourage requests for grand jury investigations.)
Do
you agree with the following words drawn from the Nevada
Open Meeting Law Manual?
The people of this state do not yield their sovereignty to the
agencies
which
serve them. The people, in delegating authority, do
not give their
public servants the right to decide
what is good for them to know and
what is not good for them to know. The
people insist on remaining
informed so that they may retain
control over instruments they have
created.
Do
you agree that the sovereign people have clear right to retain control
over their public servants?
Do
you agree that it is a form of treason for public servants to work
against the sovereign people retaining control over instruments
they have created?
Have
you ever done anything to frustrate or prevent the sovereign people
maintaining control
over yourself?
Have
you ever done anything to frustrate or prevent the sovereign people
maintaining control
over any other public servant(s)?
Is
it a form of treason for any public servant(s) to usurp powers that
belong to the sovereign people?
Is
the grand jury concept, in part, a means by which members of the
sovereign
people may maintain control over instruments they have
created?
Have
whistle-blower laws in Nevada
been emasculated or terminated by lawmakers holding elective
offices?
Are
Nevada’s whistle-blower laws sometimes ignored or circumvented?
Is
it an act of treason for public officials to emasculate or terminate
means by which they may be controlled by the sovereign people?
Are
critics of corruption in Nevada
government sometimes arrested and railroaded in court with
intent to silence them?
“When
a judge acts where he or she does not have jurisdiction to act, the
judge is engaged in an act or acts of treason.” Do you agree with this
court ruling issued in two federal cases?
Do
you feel free to ignore court rulings issued in federal cases?
Do
you have personal knowledge of any judge in Washoe
County
ever acting where he or
she did not have jurisdiction to act?
Is
it your practice to ignore acts of treason committed by local judges?
Is
it just plain wrong for you to ignore acts of treason committed by
public officials in Washoe
County?
Is
it a violation of your oath of office to ignore acts of treason
committed by public officials in Washoe
County
?
Is
it an act of felony perjury for you to violate your oath of office?
Is
your oath of office merely a ceremonial formality?
Are
you a champion of open government where public servants acknowledge
their obligation to not hide details of the people’s business from
them?
Can
government of, by, and for the people be healthy and viable when public
servants work against the principle of openness in government?
Is
it a form of treason for public servants to work against the principle
of openness in government?
Do
you possess just authority to withhold material details about the
sovereign people’s
business from them?
Do
you possess just authority to withhold material details about your loss
of any lawsuit involving
Washoe
County
from the sovereign people?
Have
you refused, to date, to fully explain how you and county commissioners
managed to lose the Ballardini Ranch lawsuit?
Will
the loss of the Ballardini Ranch lawsuit cost the taxpayers of Washoe
many millions of dollars when repayment of an involved loan is
considered?
Did
you solicit and/or accept a bribe to lose the Ballardini Ranch lawsuit
on purpose?
Have
you ever accepted a bribe having anything to do with a lawsuit involving
Washoe
County?
“The
Constitution of these
United
State
is the supreme law of the land. Any law that is repugnant to the
Constitution is null and void of law.” Do you agree?
Is
it a form of treason for any public official(s) to ignore or otherwise
intentionally violate any element(s) of the Constitution?
Does
Washoe
County
suffer from a culture of corruption where some public officials feel
free to
ignore or otherwise violate the Constitution of the United States?
Can
judges in Washoe
County
be fairly characterized as a “good old boy network” which exercises a
double standard in law enforcement to protect persons having political
juice, this including ignoring or otherwise
violating the
Constitution?
Do
judges in
Washoe
County
sometimes ignore the principle of conflict of interest?
Is
it an act of treason for any public official to deny uninhibited free
expression
to any member of the sovereign people?
Is
there any law which trumps the right of the sovereign people to employ
uninhibited free
expression when criticizing their hired help?
Is
free speech a first line of defense against tyranny, violations of the
Constitution,
corruption, abuses of delegated public powers, and
public servants running amok?
Are
law-abiding critics of government sometimes arrested and jailed for the
purpose of
intimidating and suppressing them?
Is
it an abuse of delegated powers for any member of a public body to
direct the removal from a public meeting of a critic because he
displays a sign of protest containing material having been
previously found by one or more courts to be protected language?
In
Nevada, is the wrongful removal of a law-abiding critic from a public meeting
punishable by the responsible official losing his office?
Is
criminal evidence held in Washoe
County
police custody (any jurisdiction) secured from loss or tampering in
a fail-safe manner?
Is
the office of the Washoe County District Attorney ultimately responsible
for any loss of, or tampering with, criminal evidence held in Washoe
County
police (any jurisdiction) custody?
Do
you have personal knowledge of the how and why of any criminal evidence
in Washoe
County
being lost or tampered with?
When
criminal evidence in Washoe
County
is lost or tampered with, is there a “reflex”procedure in place
which immediately causes a detailed, credible investigation into the how and
why?
During
your tenure as Washoe District Attorney, has the loss of, or tampering
with, criminal evidence ever been treated in a ho-hum manner?
Is
it the fact that evidence in the custody of law enforcement in Washoe
County
can not be lost or tampered with unless you, Mr. Gammick,
specifically
approve of said loss or tampering?
To
your knowledge, has any public official in Washoe
County
ever violated any element of the Constitution?
To
your knowledge, has any public official in Washoe
County
ever
violated the principle of free speech as guaranteed in the First
Amendment to the
Constitution?
Is
it true that Mr. Nolan Klein was wrongfully imprisoned for over 20 years
for crimes he did not commit?
Is
it true that after many years in prison, Nolan Klein was offered his
freedom
if he would agree
to
not sue the state for wrongful
imprisonment? (He
refused
this offer and was adamant about his
innocence to the time of
his death.)
Is
it true that Nolan Klein died in prison in 2009 and that his death was
premature due to his being abused with poor medical care for
a
number
of health issues? (How many Nevada
prison
inmates die
prematurely due
to poor health care while incarcerated?)
Is
it true that credible witnesses placed Nolan Klein some 30 miles
away
from the crimes of which he was accused at the time they were
committed?
Did
Nolan Klein’s public defender act in a committed and competent manner
to do everything she could and should have done to protect his
interests?
In
general, do public defenders in
Washoe
County
do everything they could and should do to protect the interests of
each accused person assigned to their care?
Do
judges and public defenders in Washoe
County
sometimes conspire together to predetermine the outcomes of trials
involving accused, indigent persons?
Would
a qualified, outside, independent, honest investigative entity find that
many persons now incarcerated in Nevada prisons and jails are
actually innocent of charges against them and that they
were victimized by unscrupulous and duplicitous public defenders?
Should
any accused, indigent person ever be told by his public defender,
"I don't give a damn about you?" (Yes, this has happened.)
Are
kangaroo trials ever employed in Washoe County
?
Would
a kangaroo trial ever be permitted in any jurisdiction having a
competent and honest district attorney?
Do
you agree that requesting (not requiring) key public officials to
undergo periodic polygraph examinations regarding their integrity would
reduce corruption within Nevada
government?
Do
you agree that Nevada
government currently lacks effective, working checks and balances?
Do
you agree that our legal system in Nevada
is not a justice system?
Do
you agree that Nevada’s judges constitute a “good old boy” network which too-often
insulates rogue public servants from accountability
for wrongful actions?
Do
you agree that too many Nevada
officials ignore conflicts of interest with impunity?
Do
you agree that some Nevada employees ignore the sovereignty of we, the people?
Are
persons accused of serious and petty crimes permitted to take polygraph
tests to
attempt clearing themselves ~ if they so request?
Do
you agree that Nevada
government is currently subservient to a power
elite?
Do
you know of individuals residing in Nevada
or elsewhere who
possess
and wield
undue influence over government in our state?
Do
you agree that persons unwilling to undergo polygraph examinations
should not be public employees?
Are
you aware that
California, for most intents and purposes, has decertified voting
machines
that are just like those still used in Nevada?
Are
you aware that Nevada’s voting machines “are highly susceptible to tampering"
according
to world-class, computer security experts?
Can
you prove that you were honestly elected in an open and transparent
manner where concerned citizens were free to monitor integrity of
process at close, visual range?
Do
you agree that no person presently holding elective office in Nevada can
prove in a meaningful way that he or she was elected in an open and
transparent manner where concerned citizens were free to monitor
integrity of process at close, visual range?
Do
you agree that attorneys should be evaluated and licensed by persons
elected by, and responsible to, the sovereign people?
The
Sixth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States says this:
“In
all
criminal prosecutions,
the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and
public
trial, by an impartial jury …” Do
you agree that the Founding Fathers
were
precise wordsmiths and clearly meant
“all” and not “some” when they
committed “[i]n all criminal prosecutions” to parchment?
Miranda v. Arizona,
384 U.S. 436, says this: “Where
rights secured by the
Constitution are involved,
there can be no rule making or legislation,
which
would abrogate them.” Do
you agree?
Do you agree that the
United States
Supreme Court is not justly
empowered
to
unilaterally amend the Constitution or to assign a fraudulent
definition to
any
word in the supreme law of the land? (“All” does not mean
“some”.)
Do you agree that it is just plain wrong for the State of
Nevada
to hold that
persons accused of misdemeanors are not Constitutionally-entitled
to trial by
jury?
Mr. Gammick, once again I
request that you volunteer to undergo a credible polygraph examination bearing
on your personal integrity and the character of Nevada
government.
Your written response prior to February 15, 2010, will be
appreciated.
